Event Branding and Online Marketing

As a volunteer project, Amie spearheaded the branding and online marketing of the Waterfront Chef Challenge; a fundraising event that included an “Iron Chef” competition between Navy Culinary Specialists from San Diego based ships and shore galleys. Amie took the lead in implementing:

  • Design of visuals for Facebook page, event poster, and event logo
  • Photography for marketing the event through Twitter and Facebook
  • Social Media – Got the word out on the SOS Facebook page as well as getting the event posted on other organizations’ pages and re-tweeted in partnered organizations feeds.
